Overeacted

My sister called me while I was on the way to a friend house.

Me: So, you at home now?
Sister: Yeah. Today I worked half day, my alternate working Saturday.
Me: How is thing at home?
Sister: ok la, nothing major. Eh ... I went movie with a colleague last night.
Me: Wow, THAT guy??? No way!!!
Sister: Not him la, haven't see him since CNY. And I have never interested in him.
Me: Good to hear that. You be careful of the psycho people there.
Sister: 要死, 一竹干打翻一船人。

After we hung up the phone then only I realized, opphs . . . I didn't give her the chance to tell me who she went out with for the movie! I know I overeacted but I believe she understand where I am coming from.
